2. Purposes for which personal data are processed:

 

The personal data are processed for the implementation of the membership relationship (e.g. invitation to meetings, collection of fees, organization of the sports business).

 

Furthermore, personal data for participation in competitions, tournaments and games of the regional professional associations will be forwarded to them.

 

In addition, personal data in connection with sporting events, including reporting on them, is published on the club's website, in social media and on the part of the professional associations and transmitted to local, regional and national print media.

 

3. Legal basis on which the processing takes place:

 

The processing of personal data is usually carried out on the basis of the necessity to fulfill a contract in accordance with Article 6 (1) lit.b) GDPR. The contractual relationships are primarily the membership relationship in the club and participation in the game operations of the professional associations.

 

If personal data is collected without processing being necessary to fulfill the contract, processing takes place on the basis of consent in accordance with Article 6 (1) lit. a) in conjunction with Article 7 GDPR.

 

The publication of personal data on the Internet or in local, regional or national print media is carried out to safeguard the legitimate interests of the association (see Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The legitimate interest of the association consists in informing the public by reporting on the activities of the association. In this context, personal data including pictures of the participants are published, for example in the context of reporting on sporting events of the club.

 

4. The recipients or categories of recipients of the personal data:

 

Personal data of the members who take part in the games and competitions of the regional professional associations are passed on to the respective regional professional association in order to acquire a license, a rating card, a player's pass or other authorization to participate.

 

The bank account details of the members are forwarded to Sparkasse Ingolstadt for the purpose of collecting fees.

 

5 The duration for which the personal data is stored or, if this is not possible, the criteria for determining the duration:

 

The personal data are stored for the duration of the membership.
Upon termination of membership, the data categories are retained for a further ten years in accordance with the statutory retention periods and then deleted. In the period between membership termination and deletion, the processing of this data will be restricted.

 

Certain data categories are stored in the club archive for the purpose of club history. These are the categories first name, last name, membership of a team, special sporting successes or events in which the person concerned has participated. The storage is based on a legitimate interest of the association in the historical documentation of sporting events and successes and the respective composition of the teams.

 

All data of the other categories (e.g. bank details, address, contact details) will be deleted upon termination of membership.

 

6. The data subject has the following rights under the conditions specified in the articles:

 

- the right to information according to Article 15 GDPR,
- the right to correction in accordance with Article 16 GDPR,
- the right to erasure according to Article 17 GDPR,
- the right to restriction of processing in accordance with Article 18 GDPR,
- the right to data portability according to Article 20 GDPR,
- the right of objection according to Article 21 GDPR,
- the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in accordance with Article 77 GDPR
- the right to revoke a given consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent up to the time of revocation.

 

7. The source from which the personal data originate:

 

Personal data is generally collected when acquiring membership.
